WJSL Acid-Bath Filter is a new-type vertical polypropylen two acid-bath filter.
We make use of the outer casing and part of components, remove filter-pad, quartz-sand, replaced by special corrosion-proof bearing parts make a reasonal layout of polypropylen tow, remake sealed tube-shaped candle filter (UR021quartz-sand) into new polypropylen tow filter. WFJSLtype filter overcomes quartz-sand filter defects, avoids the cost of renewal of old equipments, has a quality leap to the old equipments. The volume of the filter is up to 220m3/h from 70m3/h. The transparency of the acid bath is up to 500mm from 300mm.

a) The feature as follows:
1. With a high precision of filtration, remove 99.8% suspention. Acid-bath transparency is more than 500mm.
2. With a high speed of filtration, its speed is 3-5 times than traditional filter, the filtration capacity is 220mm.
3. With a larger intercept sludge capacity, the capacity is 2-4 times than traditional filter.
4. No need replace tow filtration material. After intercept sludge wash with water and regeneration, regain the filterability.
5. The filter medium is fine and soft, it is nonpoisonous and tasteless with a stronger bacteria-resistant property, the life cycle of acid and soda lye corrosion-resistant is up to ten years.
6. With a separation-layer interception sludge systerm, large, medium and fine particles are running in different separation layer, Backwashing is clean, the backwashing speeed is fast, with a minimum water- back liquid dissipation.
